Scott County and the river towns
Davenport and Bettendorf make up most of our work, with the older riverfront neighbourhoods seeing the hardest wear — Mississippi humidity plus mature tree cover is a reliable recipe for algae streaking and slow-drying north slopes.

Rock Island and Henry counties
Moline, Rock Island, East Moline and Silvis, plus the smaller towns running out toward Coal Valley and Orion. Housing stock here skews a little older, which means more roofs sitting right in the window where restoration does the most good.

A warranty is only worth what the company behind it can service. Staying local means if something needs a second look in year eight, we are twenty minutes away rather than two states.
Best months to book
Late spring through early autumn gives the roof the dry, mild conditions the treatment needs. Winter enquiries are welcome — we book them in for the first suitable window.
